I agree with you, I get mocked regularly here at work as all my AR's have the fixed a1 or a2 style uppers on them....no flattops on any of my ar's.

Personnaly here is my favorite configuration. Nothing fancy or tactical, can probably shoot MOA at 100yds.
I have the armalite NM in 20'' config that ressembles this a lot, if it weren't for money being hard to earn i'd buy this one right now...
