After a bunch of research I'm leaning toward purchase of the Bushnell AR OPTICS 3-12x 40mm (AR931240)

Has the parallax adj, target turrets and BDC reticle that I am after.

Your thoughts on this scope? Firsthand experience?

Had one, really liked it especially for the price point. Quite clear, decent color/contrast. Didnt get milky towards upper end of magnification. I liked the turrets, used it on a .17HMR. Knew my dope and dialed in.
 
I got one for my .22lr MKII.

Why? Because you have a decent parallax adjustment for closer shots. For the price I am very happy of this optic on a 22. Very clear. Turrets are not top quality buy it's not like I will play with them as much as my bigger bore rifles optics. Reticule is a little too thick for my taste. Ballistic drop is not for .22 but still can be used after you tested it and know the POI for a particular ammo.

Works really well. And it does not feel cheap.
 
I have the 1-4 24x with the throwdown bar on my T97 with FTU.
It's a nice optic for the money. Good, clear reticle and I like the bar for quick adjustments. Haven't spent a ton of time with it yet, but so far so good.
 
I recently picked up the 4-18 AR scope. It's a pretty nice scope for the money. Nice clear optics, tactical turrets and side focus knob. The downside is that the focus knob is a bit on the stiff side and the crosshair is a little thick but for sub $300. scope, not too shabby.

I have one and like it. Good glass for the money and great features. As Trini says, the zoom is a little stiff. I also find the turrets a little vague. Sometimes the clicks are more of a mush. All in all these are tough to beat at the price point.
 
Well ... I now have one ... picked it up today and mounted it ... the optics appear clear, turrets turn easily, has all the features I was looking for ... also looks great on the gun.

Now for some range time this weekend ... :)
