I got this scope and I really like it. Though I wish it came configured for 7.62 x 39 as well, I use it on my VZ58.

I want to put a killflash (aka. ARD) on it but can't find one anywhere. And also I need a front flip up lens cover. I looked around everywhere online and locally and can't find anything.
So in order to save myself many mouse clicks and hours of searching I post here for help. Thank you.

You could always put a Butler Creek Blizzard clear flip up lens protector up front.

I have a butler creek flip up cover on the back and I want the same on the front, not necessarily a clear one. I have a bigger problem finding an ARD for it, probably because the objective lens is only 24mm and an
ARD would block out more light. I had no problem getting an ARD for my 50mm redfield revolution 3-9 scope. Is there an alternative to an ARD? I wouldn't need one in the dark but on bright days the lens would gather enough light even with an ARD blocking out some of it.

Here's a solution for your ARD issues. Get an old pair of pantyhose, fold it over so its double layered. Place pantyhose over the objective lens and secure in place via rubber band/tape or a Blizzard cap, cut off excess material. You won't see the pantyhose, they won't reduce light transmission to any appreciable level, and there won't be any glare/shine from your objective lens down range.

Thank you, I will try that.

Nope. The only thing I want is a longer battery life. At least a few months or a year. eotech and hi-lux offer ridiculous battery lives (7 years for the hi-lux red dot!) so I am sure it's doable here too.
