Bushnell Banner ?

looking to put a scope on my short range rifle. i hunt in the thick swamp, with shots less than 100yds. i've been given advice on the 1.5-4.5 x 32 magn, but the gun shp suggests 1-4 x 32. what is the difference,opinons, excuse my ignorance i'm just learning dtails on scopes. thanks again.

basically no difference. Either/or.

The banner's a cheapie scope, but works very nicely as long as you're not putting it on a hard recoiler.

I have a 3x9 Banner on my 45-70 and it hasn't failed so far.

Have the 1-4 Banner on a Savage 99 fro the same type of moose hunting, up to 200yds at the most. I love the wide field of view. Helps see everything around you.
