I got so fed up with my Bushnell Banner I just trashed it. No resale, I think it was just complete garbage! lol I've temporarily put my Leupold on my rifle so will see how that works out tomorrow!

Did you have Bushnell take a look at it?
Warranty service is very good in my opinion, you don't really have anything to lose by trying?

I have a couple of Banners on some 22's and they do the job pretty good. While I wouldn't put one on a high recoil rifle, or one I was shooting over 100 yards, for a low cost scope they do okay.

What exactly is the issue with the scope and what are you using it on?

I was getting frustrated with it at the range. No matter what position I moved into I just couldn't get a good sight picture... it would always go dark or cloudy, and it didn't hold a zero. I was using it on my Ruger American 22 lr

that's too bad, i have a 35 year old bushnell bdc banner on my ruger 30-06 that has been hunted with regularly as well as several trips to the range. have been really please with the scope although i'm a bit leery of the recent bushnell products. i've had a few crap out and like others have posted, bushnell is pretty good with their warrenty.

To me it seems like it may not be installed correctly, as in improper eye relief. Try looking through the scope at different distances, (your eye to the scope lens) and did you adjust the ocular lens to your eyes.
