Just wanted to share quick. I sent in my 12 year old Bausch and Lomb discovery 7x42 for some work. Rubber was peeling off the binos and the lenses didn't seem clear anymore.

They sent me back a brand new set of 8x42 elites. Very pleased I must say.

Sometimes I just don't understand the Bushnell hate.
Long wait times, but heck, end results is what we're after.

Last year a shooting buddy had his rifle knocked off the bench by a guest at our club.

We took the scope to the Bushnell service dept & told the gentleman there exactly what happened & that we wanted to know if the scope could be repaired.

Bushnell replaced the scope with a brand new one. To me this is going above & beyond good service.

Where/who is responsible for Bushnell customer service in Canada?

I've always had great service from Bushnell warranty center, the two times out of the last 20yrs I've had to use them.
