Are there any online dealers with usable inventory lists for the broad range of Bushnell products? I recently found out about Bushnell's new warranty. It's basically hassle-free zero-questions replacement for any optic for any reason.

Look for Omer (sp?) at Plainsight Solutions.

He doesn't have a website or anything to the best of my knowledge but is a great guy. I doubt you will find someone with better prices and selection.

Hi I just sent a Bushnell 3x9x40 elite 3200 that I had for about 8 years that had just failed, fogged up. They sent me a 3500 elite with rain guard. Couldn't be more happier. 10 day turn around. Their warranty is top notch in my book. Mike

If you read the fine print, the no questions warranty is for their upper end of the product line, the bottom end of the lineup has a limited lifetime coverage.

My experience with Bushnell has not been good.

Sent in a rangefinder and made in Japan scope for repair. In both cases I got a form letter telling me the products were not under warranty but if I sent them a cheque they would ship me a discontinued model for 20% more than I could buy on Amazon.

In my experience Bushnell is not in the same class as their competitors.

My last 2 scopes have been the Bushnell DMR 3.5-21x50 and a 3-12x44 LRHS.....Fantastic optics and built to last. Bushnell has really upped their game in the past few years.

it looks like Bushnell has stepped up their game in optics, which were always good in the higher end anyway, and in service. Sometimes, interpretation of warranty can vary from person to person in the tech side of things. If there is gray area in warranty or warranty wording, in my experience you need to find the right tech, that leans more towards the customer side of the gray shades...

I have enjoyed Bushnell for many years with generally excellent products, and support.
