Bushnell dmr 3 pro 3.5-21x50

I just got a few wks back the dmr3- 3.5x21x50 and having the dmr 2 pro and have used the dmr 2 non pro .I question why does bushnell just not make it a 4 or 4.5x21 because all 4 have major tunneling at 3.5 up to 4 or 4.5.you would think that after more then 10 years of the dmr line that all have this issue from dmr,dmr2 dmr2 pro,dmr3 pro that they would have the tunneling figured out.dont get me wrong the glass and construction qualify on the dmr pro line is excellent,but everyone brings up the tunneling..personally I've never used it at 3.5 and doesn't bother me but it leaves me curious about bushnell thought process on this.and to a lesser extent illumination. But truth be told I never put the batteries in,I don't use lume.
