Bushnell DMR ring height

I bought a Bushnell DMR 3.5-21x50. Can anyone recommend the lowest ring height for a Tikka T3 Varmint. Ive got a MDT pic rail to mount it too.

Vortex/Seekins medium. is prob the one you want. I have that setup on my Tikka CTR and it is perfect for me.

High or X high on semi auto like stag 10

I have the DMR stock and I am too cheecky on my weld... to the point of leaving a mark.. I need high.
