So I bought a Bushnell Banner Mildot 6-24x near the beginning of 2009. I found after trying it that the elevation can't be adjusted at all and this is pretty irritating as at 100 yards it shoots about 1.5 feet low consistently on the Lee Enfield I put it on. I know Bushnell has a good warranty. How do I send it back to them? Also, was I supposed to register the scope when I got it?

just give them a call bro. there good people who back there product. They will help you with the shipping and warranty info. not much help but i hope it help's :ar15:

Will it not adjust at all? Or does it just run out of adjustment range before it reaches zero?

Bushnell warranty is a little hit or miss apparently, be prepared to wait a while.

Been waiting for them to even look at my yardage pro since the end of September of last year. There phone system is always busy & you can never get threw. Also when you email expect a response up to 2 weeks later. My last problem with a Bushnell product was way quicker but that was 2 years ago. So I am gathering that there is a certain product line that is out full of problem's over loading there staff. On the other hand they probaly just don't like me cuz I bug them once a month for an update.

david, those scopes have a very small amount of movement in the retical so it just might be that it doesnt have enough movement to zero at 100 yards.
