So I am looking for reflex sight for my mag fed grizzly and after a couple google searches I found the bushnell first strike. I was looking at the Burris fast fire 3 but found the bushnell at half the price. I searched for reviews, and found maybe 3-4 good and a couple bad. After looking a bit closer at the bad reviews I noticed they were posted by the same guy, just on different forums. So any gunnutz used this sight before? On a shotgun?

No I havent, but I can vowch for the fastfire. Its been on a few rifles and awaits its place on a savage 42 when it decides to arrive. A fastfire 2 is only 200$

One thing I noticed with quite a few products is that its the same guy preaching to everyone about their bad run in. I bet it would be great for .22's and .17's. im curious for others to chine in.

I have a Bushnell First Strike on a Traditions Deerhunter .50 cal muzzle loader and I like it. The rifle is really light and I wanted to keep the optics as light as possible also. Shooting patched round ball I can get a 2" group at 50 yards, not quite as good as the iron sights but close. So far it's handled the recoil of full hunting loads with 385 grain Hornady bullets. If it had a smaller dot I would have also put one on my Marlin 30-30, but I wanted something that would give me better groups at 100yds+, so I went with a 2moa Vortex Sparc on that one.
