I'm wondering if these are a practicle range finder??? I find when walking I use a small set of Minox binos which I like they're light, and fit a jacket pocket. The regular range finder I have is usually left behind. There's only so much stuff you can comfortably pack, for a 2 or 3 hour walk, day trips. Has anyone used these for day trips, and really do they add much to your scouting trips?
