Bushnell Legend - repair?

Send it in to Bushnell.
I had a 10 year old pair of Bushnell H2O binos that failed a few years back and I had them gathering dust on the shelf. Finally decided to send them in and see if they would do anything and a week later I had a brand new pair at my door.

I knocked a 1970s pair of Japanese-made Bushnells out of collimation and they sent me back a new set of Chinese made binos.

About half the quality of the ones I wrecked though.

That 70's Japanese glass was superb.

A buddy bailed me out and gave me another pair of 70s Bushnells to soothe my soul, so I have the other set as a loaner.

Hey MD,
I had a similar experience but with Nikon Binos, they replaced them with a pair of lesser quality.
I called them on it and they made it right, I returned them and they replaced again with a quality pair.

I'd contact them before mailing anything. I want to say the legend series of scopes carries a lifetime warranty now but that might be a relatively new thing.

Long story short, email them. They'll let you know what to do with it.

Will Bushnell repair or replace an older Legend free of charge?

It's probably 15 years old and it won't adjust anymore, reticle won't move.

The Legend is Bushnells second line of scope just under the Elite series and ahead of Trophy and Banner/Sportview.
I have never had trouble with their warranty service and I've used them twice.
To be honest I sold the scopes on guns a little while later and didn't have much of a chance to test them out.

Bushnell repaired a pair of Bausch and Lomb binos I sent in as a "courtesy repair."
