Bushnell Legend

I'm looking at getting a new scope for my Savage 308. right now it has a bushnell banner 4-12 ao, which was all i had kickin around when i got the rifle. id like to take the rifle out to 500 yards at the most for coyote hunting. my dealer has a good deal on some NIB Legend 5-15 AO's and im wondering if this is enough scope quality to get out that far with decent tracking, reticle stays lined up etc?

I've owned a few Legends over the years, still have at least 2 or 3. I like them, never had any issues- even on an old Marlin .375. They are every bit as bright as a 3200, if not brighter. The 5-15 on my lh CZ .17HMR has done stellar duty in the gopher trenches...
