I'm used to seeing Bushnell Legend HD (ED Prime) glass scopes and 3200 Elite scopes go on sale with great quality and optics for 140-200$. I'm struggling to make sense of the new Bushnell lineup for this equivalent level of quality and price. They name some product lines confusingly PRIME (not ED Prime glass), Nitro and Engage. The specs and price make no sense to me. The Legend HD and Elite-Hunter lineups seem gone. I'm at a loss making sense of the current lineup.

What am I looking for within current rifle scope options for 140-200$ with extraordinary value to compliment a hunting rifle?

Thanks

Bushnell dropped their lines of Japanese built scopes with good track records, for new Chinese built fluff. They screwed up, IMO.

With your budget I'd look for a used scope with a good reputation.

I bought a 4-16x44 Nitro recently and it's marked Made in Korea, for what it's worth. I took it out to sight in and shot about 20 rnds to dial in and evaluate. They're still using a multiplex reticle that is too thick for my liking, as per previous models. I've had several 4200's in the past and I can't see a noticeable improvement with this line.
