Whats the difference with a tactical scope??

Looking for a 3200 but most I am seeing are tactical. It is for a 223 stevens, plinking and the odd varmint.

The 3200 Tactical scope has target turrets and often a mil-dot reticle. It can be used for varmint no problem, just might weigh a few ounces more.
