Bushnell scopechief has two up dials

The windage dial is marked "up'.
Can someone pl. tell me which way to turn it for left?

Up would more than likely be Right.

Clockwise should be right

Clockwise looking at it would be screwing the knob in, and pushing the bullet left. Unless your statement would be 'clockwise should be correct' to push his impact left.

I believe dials are right hand thread...
