I know there's not a lot of Bushnell fans from the posts I read on this site.
So I just wanted to say that for my budget, I bought a Bushenll Trophy 3 X 9 - 40 for my BAR .22lr.
I brought my new scope and an older (1972) bushnell Scopechief IV 3 X 9 (for my Browning A-bolt .22lr which I took off my BAR 308) to their head office in Richmond Hill Ontario and they adjusted the paralax on both for free while I waited (about 20 minutes).
Great friendly service and they did all of the paperwork so if there is ever a problem, it's covered under warranty.

Anyway, just my two cents worth.
 
i have also heard alot about Bushnell's great customer service and life time warranties on all their scopes.
Aside from owning bushnell binoculars, and loving everything about it, its the customer service i heard so much about that made me go buy two scopes for me and my dad for our rifles.
Its hard to say theyre the best and thats that, because they make so many of them, and one or two are bound to have problems.. but all in all, i just love bushnell.. affordable and great products..

Bushnell CANADA has FANTASTIC service.
I once sent them in a beat up old Scopechief VI 3 X 9, that had a chip out of the objective lens, and a ding in the bell. They sent me back a nice note saying that because the damage was clearly due to impact, it would NOT be covered by warranty, but if I sent them $56.28, they would fix it. Since I really like the old Bushnell Scopechief VI scopes, I sent them in the money.

A few weeks later, a package shows up. The enclosed note said:
"Sorry, we could not repair your old scope"
... and in the package was a BRAND NEW 3200 RAINGUARD 3 X 9.

A couple of months ago I sent them in another old Scopechief VI 3X9, which had a slight sticky spot you could feel when adjusting the power ring. For $ 10 bucks they did a full warrenty inspection, purge, refill, and now the old scope is good as new.

It just don't get much better than that.

I've had lots of different brands of scopes in my time, but the Bushnell warranty service [ and decent quality at great prices ] have convinced me the high end Bushnells are the best value on the market.

I sent in an Elite 3200 to get a going over and make sure all was good.....4 months later,it finally arrived back at home:eek: ...abit long I thought
