Help....
I used this red dot on my 12 gauge Winchester defender for several hundred rounds mostly slugs. No problem.
So yesterday, I put it on my BLR .450Marlin. Wrong!
Now it won't change from a super mini-dot (a 1 if not smaller) to any other size.
Googling says to remove the battery, then remove piece underneath that.
I should then find 3 to 4 small screws that have probably loosened up.
Blue Loctite them back in and all is well.
Trouble is I can see no way of removing the piece underneath.
I've tried everything to unscrew the thing but no-go and it looks too delicate to pry.
Any suggestions before it becomes a target when sighting in the more rugged scope.
