So the awlmitey Bushnell warranty dep't sent me a set of these
to replace the Excursions with the boogered up strap clippy clips.
Gawt me arse awll c'ited yesterday and went for a bear hunt.
Found the new binos and took'im out of the plastic packaging.
Found me bino bra and low and behold, nutt'in to clip the straps to
the bino slots.
Found a kupple split rings, but the thickness of the slot material wasn't
going to let me split the rings far 'nuff without some serious finish
to the bino coating.

Now praytell, need sum eye-deers on what to use for a fastening device
short of zippy ties?

You could try feeding the strap trough a piece of heat shrink tubing first then through the side of the binoculars attachment point loop back up towards the strap and at this point not sure how handy you are at sewing but put a few stitches into the strap upon it’s self and then slide the heat shrink tubing over top of the now doubled up sewn section of the strap and apply heat to the tubing and it should clamp down and keep the stitching from tearing, coming loose or rotting out and help secure it in place and be padded and not be a problem. No future adjustment tho but should be secure. That’s me 2 cents take it with a grain of salt. Hope my idea helps

I called Bushnell in the U.S. of F.A. and was told the Trophy's are a down grade from the Excursions
and I should of received the Legends instead.
Called Bushnell upp'ear and they are replacing them with the Legends and are going to include
the tether straps so I can yewse me man bino-braw.

Maybe this be gooder yet?
