Just bought one of these and mounted on my 444P. Any suggestions on how to bore sight these scopes? Never used a red dot before

It's no different then a crosshair on a scope.
Just adjust the red dot so it is on the same spot you see looking through the barrel at say 25yards.
That should get you on paper at 100 yards
Shoot the gun at 100 yards and see where the bullet is hitting then adjust it to where ever you want.

I do not understand boresighting scopes mounted in fixed rings. If makes sense in offset mounts or in extreme cases, but other than that.... you save 5 rounds and 5 minutes @ the range?
shoot @ 25 yds. Get on the paper, move to center..... adjust ... move to 100... that is it.
and it saves you the unpleasentness of having forgotten it in the bore and fired a live round.... there was a thread about it.
