Bushnell Warranty Trouble

I've been trying to contact Bushnell for months via email and phone to warranty a scope. Over email they tell me to call 1-800-423-3537 option 1, option 3.

I've called multiple times every day or two for weeks now and can NEVER get through. They are always "busy" and i should "call back later"

Anyone know a better way to atart a warranty claim? I'd certainly appreciate it
 
Contacted me when I sent email. Told me the repairs no longer done in Canada, and that it would take a while.

Sent me a shipping label for the damaged Elite 3200.

After receiving it they sent email they were not going to repair the 3200.

Replaced with a new Elite 4500 2.5-10X40.

Took better part of four months, but arrived safe and sound.

New scope has amazing 4+ inches eye relief.
