Is it possible to have warranty work done without having a reciept ?

The windage adjustment doesn't move on my AR OPTICS 1-4X24

It's a newer one, AR optics 1-4x24.
I'll send it off with a $10 money order and see what happens.
It's garbage so nothing to lost except postage.
 
I’ve used their Warranty services at least 3 x and never submitted a receipt. I’ve been very happy with their service and will continue to send my clients to them! :evil:

I'm hoping my scope is new enough to have one of the warranties cover it.
It's all boxed up and ready for the mail tomorrow.
I pissed at the dirty c.unt that sold it to me.

Check the "sent" folder of your DMs. Should be able to track down who it was.

I delete all messages and info as soon as a deal is done...it was around 2 months ago.
Just getting around to the install , was waiting for a mount to arrive.
I'll figure it out.
 
I mailed it off with high hopes.
The required $10 money order cost $ plus $20 for a flat rate box.
Down $38 so far.
It's been delivered, nothing to do but wait now..

I mailed the exact optic back for repair a couple years ago, no receipt. . They sent me a brand new one back.
 
I had ZERO communication with them, but got a UPS shipping notification on my phone app.
Something will arrive in a couple of days,. New or repaired at least it's fixed.

Weird part is they never sent 1 message to me about it.

Super fast for a warranty claim.

I’ve had nothing but good and happy results with the Bushnell folks / Warranty center in Vaughn, ON. I send all my clients to great brands like Vortex, Bushnell, and Athlon because of this service. Yeah, no doubt there are folks who advocate that one shouldn’t have to use the Warranty services, but there are always other circumstances. It’s All Good! :wave:

My clients keep retuning back to me with gratitude and good wishes because I sent them to these brands. I’m glad for them. Not all of us can afford to buy and own the top notch brands and sometimes it’s not worth the expenditure on a top notch optic for say casual plinking or recreational blasting. Time and a place for the right tool and the right job. :evil:
