I know they are slow, but what is the best way to get repairs done?

just follow the instructions on the site- i've done this a couple of times- and include your credit card number for the inspection- you know it takes a while, but i've had good service-( scope replacement on banner)

I called them once (very polite!!! the key, asked if I could get an auth #), had a Tasco scope, they repaced it , no charge
