Does anyone know who can make good deer sausage in Grande Prairie? I have an Elk that needs doing.

H & M Meats is all I know in GP. There are probably some in the smaller communities that do great work....such as ###smith/Beaverlodge/Debolt.

Dale Stark in Hines Creek. Still over an hour away but he has done really well for me and my hunting partners
H&M did an awesome job on my whitetail this year. Really great sausage. They are a bit pricey, but I would say it's worth it. There is also a butcher in Beaverlodge I believe, but I havn't been out that way in 6 months or so, so I'm not 100% on it. Apparently there are some Mennonites northwest of Spirit River that also do a great job. My brother uses them, but I honestly have no idea exactly where they are.

If willing to drive to Grimshaw, Johnny's Sausage is good too as mentioned. We use to use him till our group got a bit bigger and now we do it all ourselves...cutting/wrapping/making hambuger/sausage and jerky. Good days...drink some beer and rums, eat hot fresh kubasa...yep good days!!
