We will be moose hunting at Pakashkan Lodge (north of Upsala) in October. Can anyone recommend a butcher/freezer service in the area? In an ideal world, if we are successful, we would have the animal butchered and frozen for the trip back to TO, thus saving us the problems of towing a trailer behind our Suburban. If we had to drive back to TB with the quarters, that would be better than the round trip from TO with the trailer. Thanks for any help.
