Butchers operating in the sea to sky Corridor

Hey everyone, so I am going deer Hunting with my dad Next week up in Lillooet and was wondering if anyone knows of a good butcher that operates in the Sea to sky Region, preferably able to come to whistler, as that is where we live. Hoping to be bringing back 2 deer, however it will be my first deer hunt, and although my Dad has Hunted deer before, he has only himself bagged one, as he never bought a rifle and always borrowed, so we don't want to have to do more than the initial field dressing ourselves. Funny enough he is borrowing my buddies 270 for this trip!

Hey so I noticed a bunch of ppl have looked at this but no one responded, so I thought mabe everyone is looking for butchers in the sea to sky. My friends Dad gave me a card with a butchers info in Pemberton who runs a great shop, i'll be checking it out in the next couple day's, if any one else wants to know, heres the Info

I've been living in Pemberton for well over 20 years and have never seen a butcher "shop " although there have been some guys that butcher in their garages and tailgates and at farms. One guy I presume still does it and has a few posters up in town. That might be your Paul fellow.

Its really not that hard to butcher an animal. Take meat off and wrap it . Slightly simplified but once you do a few you learn some tricks . Plus you save a few paso

I would like to learn to do it myself eventually, however it is my first time, and don't have anyone who has done a lot of butchering with me.

Its pretty no brainer . Take meat off and put in paper

I don't have a link but jeez man, you tube is pretty handy for that once you separate the 'wheat from the chaff'.
