Anyone who owns a Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40, what exact Butler Creek # eye piece and objective did you use?
It seems that it is a trial and error to properly fit to any scope.
This is what I have gathered.
"The Butler Creek® Flip Open Multi-Flex Caps Components, item # IK:712762, in the following sizes will work with a Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40 scope.
Eyepiece 16/17/18
Objective Lens 28/29"
It appears to be range. Is there a definite # from an actual owner of of a Diamondback 4-12x40 (non AO) that they'd recommend?
