Not ugly at all, assuming you can wash off that writing all over the thing. It must be cheap if they don't even print a manual they just get a really small dude to write it all over the gun. All you need is a magnifying glass and your good.

It's a bunch of constitutional stuff written on the side. Right to keep and Bear arms, no Quartering of soldiers, etc. That's all I could read by enlarging.

Sorry, the Hi-Point is still is more of an ugly duckling. Functional, yes; aesthetically pleasing, no.
