I have a new Redfield Revolution 4x12x40 scope and am trying to fit the buttler creek Blizzard scope covers .
The chart says size 4 for the eyepiece and size 7 for the front lens
The size 7 fits and operates great , however when I try to put the size 4 on the eyepiece the cover will not stay in the close position. If I put it on barely then the cover closes , however the scope cover almost falls off if you touch it
I should have taken the scope with me to test fit them
The number 5 might do- however it means another trip out of town- quite a distance
Does anyone have these covers on their Redfield and if so what size are you using on the eyepiece end
