they DO have an export license so IF it is legal they WILL ship it to you try them on monday

Brownells can't ship unless the manufacturer is registered with State. Colt is registered with DDTC, so that part will ship okay. Last I checked Fulton Armory wasn't registered, but maybe their status has changed.

As an aside, small parts like that are also readily available from Canadian retailers like Arms East, Freedom Ventures, Wolverine, Questar, and others.
