I've ordered lots of small stuff - Ear Muffs, cleaning accessories, ammunition box, storage organizer, targets, etc. My orders were between $20 and $60 - I haven't had any issue, but I think every case is unique, so...

Yes, if Amazon will ship it. None of the items you mention are export-controlled items.

I have ordered electronic ear muffs, cleaning kits, targets, shooting glasses, mag loaders, oil and gun grease, the list goes on and on. My USA shopping rule is simple, if i can legally purchase the items in Canada i am good to go. Amazon does not ship most items to Canada so i have them mailed to my Ameri friend for pick up. I order from Brownells as well, no problems with customs thus far and they ship to my door but the order must be $100 or less. I would much prefer buying locally but for example, Glock mags locally $49, Brownells $28, big savings are not found on all items but 40% less is not uncommon.
If you buy from Brownells use "Priority Post", usually costs $5.75 if the items weigh less than 4lbs. Never use UPS, brokerage fees are criminal.

If I recall correctly the restrictions only apply to any firearm parts (receivers, firing pins, mags, stocks, etc.). You can also add any laser firearm equipment to that list as well. No lasers or any kind that attach to a firearm. There might be exceptions but I am not aware of them.

Holsers, cleaning supplies, most gun tools, mag loaders, ear and eye protection, etc are fine to purchase. I believe you might get charged for duties if the total of the purchase exceeds $100. I paid $7.00 in duties on a little over $100.00 purchase.
Ask the retailer about the taxes and duties, that way you are comletely in the clear.
