Buying M1 Carbine parts from the U.S.

I've purchased from Keepshooting before, it should be good.

I think with that one eBay item there shouldn't be an issue getting it sent here, but you should ask the seller first if he does ship to Canada because it says USA only...

NO

the m1 carbine is on the us state deparment list of firearms (and parts ) that CANNOT be exported without an enduser cert

Just because somebody will ship them does NOT make it legal

"Give it a try...I've ordered from Keepshooting several times, although not the parts you're looking at, and their service has been excellent."

Yeah, order anyway - after all it's his fault if he gets hit by BATFE and USDOS for illegally exporting restricted weapons components. What's the worst that could happen, 25 years in a Federal Pen, or 5 years watching lawyers bleed off every dollar you've ever worked for. He ought to know better. Wouldn't be your problem, until you wanted to go to the US and found you're on the watch list as a potential weapons supplier to criminals or terrorists.

Oh and dont forget Canada DID sign ITAR so the us could press fro you to be charged with ITAR violations
,
I inquired about exporting 5 m1 carbine spring kits (every spring in the gun) 12.00 a kit and the state department refused the export ...last summer

That flashider was for an M1-A.
It happen's to fit your rifle.

Yeah....obviously, but the point is that it was no problem getting a FH from Keepshooting. The OP is looking at flash hiders and muzzle breaks for his M1 carbine...Flash hiders are available to Canada from K.S. & Brownells amongst others, muzzle break...I don't know about, but if they can't export it, they'll let you know. They're not-fly-by night.
