Buying reloaded ammo?

What are some places that sell reloaded ammo? 9mm specifically. Im sure I saw a thread somewhere on this but cant seem to find it now.
 
I thought people didn't sell it because of the liability?

Why would you want it? 9mm is cheap.

If I blew my hand off, I'd rather it be from one I loaded myself...

I've bought from them twice and would be buying again if I didn't just get a press. Haven't had a problem with a single round (1250 from the first order and 2400 from the second, all 9mm Luger 124 FMJ).

To sell any ammo it must be tested and approved by EMR. Doesn't matter if it's made by the big names or you. I have no doubt the above mentioned is all approved.

I've shot 2500 of thier 147gr load, and it's great.

I have shot close to 10,000 rounds of the 124 gr 9mm Low Lead from Combat Master during the last 2 years. I did not have a single problem. Combat Master ammo is approved. Contact Kurt by e-mail and he can show you his "approval".
Now is a good time to order from him however do not be surprised if Kurt does not get back to you for 2-3 days. He is still catching up with all the backlog orders.
