Wasnt sure where to post this.

Anyone knows what buying brand new in box stuff with no UPC, from the exchange section implies? Does it mean the product are factory "B" or reject product?

My first guess would be they mailed in the UPC to get a rebate that was offered by the mfg at the time of purchase - they almost always want the original upc, receipt etc

(current from Savage as an example)

Enclose in an envelope:
1. Completed rebate coupon (onlinecoupon download acceptable)
2. Original UPCs cut from each box
3. Original cash register receipt and/or dated itemized sales invoice
Mail to:Savage Arms 2016 Fall III PromotionDept. 10924P.O. Box 5016Stacy, MN 55078-5016
Toll-free number: 855-560-0132

If the UPC is gone, (namely, the box has been cut and cardboard is missing)I would suggest it was sent in for rebate as mentioned. I would ask the seller that very question.

If there is no UPC to start with, cardboard all intact, I would suspect a Chinese knock off. I would ask the seller to provide a sales receipt from a Canadian Store.

Depending on the answer to the above question asked, i would make my decision to buy or pass
