Buying the 10/22 action only?

Hey all,
I am drooling over laminate stocks, target barrels, etc. for my 10/22. But I know i still want an iron-sight gun handy. Can I buy just a Ruger action? Will this include the trigger, etc. everything i need to build another 10/22 with the stock barrel and stock hardwood stock?

from what i found, it was difficult to locate and almost expensive as a full 10/22. i just bought the whole rifle, and took what i needed

There is a gun show in Kamloops on the weekend of the 21 and 22nd of April and likely you will find used 1022s and lots of parts of them as well as the P&D gang likely too. The weekend after is the HACS show on Sunday at the hall in Burnaby. Check out the Heritage Arms Collectors site for the address. Always good pickings. Might find a gun with a hooped barrell and dicker it down. Or a good used one. I have a good composite (original)stock for $25 in Vanc. Lots of stuff around for these and lots of guns available.
