C.O.R.E Wait times

Hey CGN,

I was wondering how long after I complete the exam will I receive the graduating certificate, is it like the PAL, where you have to wait to receive the licence in the mail, or do I get a certificate right away and I'm good to go? Thanks

You get your C.O.R.E. paper work from your Instructor when you pass. That needs to be sent to the B.C.W.F. with a processing fee (if you're in BC). They process your forms and send you the info you then need to take to the Gov. office where you get your Hunters Number (no fee required here). The process shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks. You can expedite the process but it costs more.
