C3 Build Questions????

This is what I have so far. A new C3 walnut stock with all the spacers and a minty C3 sling.

What I need to know:
1.What action to use. I believe it is the 1200 TX.
2.Where to buy the action.
3.Can you buy a complete action with barrel.
4.What barrel did they use on the C3
5.Where to buy the lower rail from.
6.Where to buy the sling swivels.
7.What rings and bases did they use.
8.What optics did they use. I read two different ones.

Does any one know what this bag is for? My stock and sling came in it. It looks '64 Patternish.

Barrel is 26 in, 4 groove, twist in 14 (you can email me rgg_7@hotmail.com for profile)
Is your stock Beech or walnut? hard to tell from picture
All those other parts are elusive and hard to come by
Scope bases are specials...steel unique to C3. Can use 2 pc PH commerical
Scope is Khales ZF69...no others were used despite what you may hear...you're looking for serial # range 158###x
Your drag bag is not C3

With a whole lot of looking around an a lil luck they are out there.Took me a lil over a year to track down a correct ZF69 scope.
