C3A1 - discuss!

Hey folks. I just started researching the C3A1.
Are these available for civilian purchase? I have found the information available for these on the net it somewhat limited.
Anyone care to discuss?

Its based on a crappy old Parker Hale action. Nothing special about it and fairly easy to duplicate.

The C3A1 is built on the Parker Hale M87 action, pretty much impossible to find. It also had a proprietary scope base made by Parker Hale for it and a Unertl 10X scope calibrated in meters. It is pretty easy to build a C3, it was based on the 1200TX action so if you can find a 1200 Super Clip, it can be done.

I have a used C3 stock on a 308 I have coming up for sale. Its missing the steel plate with multiple holes for the hand stop, and bipod.

I will read the sticky. I didn't even see it up there - even though it's first in the list.
