Let your Google Fu run wild. There were lists of the makes and models posted twenty years ago when the A2 was introduced. I never bothered taking mine that far apart to look for maker's marks.
 
There are a couple of different types that I am aware of. The latest iteration is that pictured in the link below. I have not found any of these for sale or even an airsoft one that is close. I suspect that they are an accountable item in the military which means they are inventoried. A CF armourer might have access. If you do find a source that is legal please let us know.

Theyre Consumable items, funnily enough so are the auto Sears, but doubt many a Weapon tech would risk their career over that.
