If you had to chose which one would you buy for a carrying handle for the AR-15 ?

We've got both... they are remarkably similar in appearance... I'd go with the CAA first though the Leapers unit is pretty close.

They are both priced at $69.99

They are both junk, you are better off buying one from Armalite, DPMS,,etc for more cash that will :A. interface correctly with the front sight, and B. Work as intended
Note not a slam on the businesses importing them, but buyer beware!

Yes they are, CAA,FAB,etc are low cost, cheaply made ,poor quality parts. They may work on a safe queen rifle but should not be counted on for any real hard use such as in competition or hard training.

One other thing to remember, there are two different heights available in Carry Handle sights. There are CH designed for "F" marked (flattop) height front sights, and CH designed for 'non-F marked' front sight bases.

I know Colt, Stag and LMT are the correct height for the F marked FSB, I'm not sure who else is what.

The Colt carry handle sells at Brownells for $272. :-O
