So those will fit on a Russian SKS? Saw that they have a SKS for sale at $249. Not much of a deal considering most places sell them for $170!

I think those are the AK-style mags that only fit SKS-D rifles.

I'm jealous of anyone who has one, especially if they didn't pay $500+ for it lol

Yes they are the AK mags for the SKS-D. for the price they are charging they are not really worth it, I also handled one at the store and they were not in the best condition.
