cabelas HD intesity binos

has anybot got a set of these particular binos...trying to see if I should go this way or with the vortex diamonbacks for $20 more.....
I am not in the market nor have the budget for much more than $350 at the current time

Bought a set in 10x42. Nice glass, felt good in the hands, not too heavy and were balanced pretty decent.
The focusing seem to be out of timing if that makes sense to ya. I would focus my one eye as per usual and the use the diopter for the other, when came time to fine tune them together, there was no way to get a good clear picture no matter what I tried.
I ended up Returning them. Bright glass though. I will give em that
