Cadet Airgun

Hello, not a big air gun guy here but my son is in cadets and is learning the daisy 853c. He wants one for himself so he can’t practice at home. I can find one anywhere and didn’t think it would be hard to find.

Do you guys know where to find it or the newer model 953c?

The 853c is discontinued (for a few years now) and not many people who have the want to get rid of then...it is my favourite basement air gun, I'm luck I have 'just' 10m of length in my basement. It has been replace by the https://dlairgun.com/collections/daisy-rifles/products/753s-match
Basically the same airgun but with a plastic instead of wood stock...same Lothar Walther choked barrel (excellent) and same aperture sights.

Get a 753/953 and shoot away.
- Haven't seen any "new" rifles being issued, but units are receiving new plastic stocks to swap-out the wooded stock.

Pellets/targets can be sourced from Olympic Marksman Equipment (Nikkonos) on Ebay.
- H&N Sport work just fine...
