Cadex 52'' Drag bag fits in CDN tire Huntshield case

Received my cadex drag bag today.
Couldn't wait to rip out the foam from my huntshield case and make the test.
Fortunately, it fits, and very tight too.

If you purchased already the green case made by plano at CDN tire, know that a 52'' cadex drag bag fits real tight and snug in it.
So I now have my hybrid transport system.
Btw I have removed foam from lid also for it to close, and it closes pretty tight.

Where are the Cadex drag bags manufactured? They don't seem to list it. They're pretty nice and decently priced and I need a new drag bag however they're only a bit less than some nice bags that are made in the USA.

In my case, this case was my best option.
Rifle measures 49”, very limited in case choices.
Paid 200$ all included at a forums sponsor.

Compared to an eberlestock or getting a folding buttstock, this was my cheapest option.
The fact that it fits in a hardcase i already own, is a huge bonus, other 50”+ cases won’t fit for sure as they are too large. Anyways the 5.11 won’t fit as they have it at local cabelas. Don’t know for the eberlestock.

Unless I missed something, the specs don't list where it's manufactured? I've handled one before and it's a pretty nice unit but when I'm paying around $200 I want something that's not made in China. Anyways, not trying to crap on the OP, just thought he might know where the bag was manufactured as I was curious.

Oh for sure, it's more expensive. I'm just funny about what I'll pay more for. If I'm gonna spend $200 on a bag and it's made in China (not saying the Cadex is, I have no idea), I'd rather spend $300 and get something made in the States. If I'm buying Chinese, it better be cheap, like $80. I got a Voodoo Tactical drag bag years ago and it must've cost me $150+ and it's a total piece of ####, falling apart. Anyways, glad the bag fits in your case and sorry for the derail, haha.
 
No it’s all good.
It is a mystery though, as when buying cadex you associate the brand with north american made.
I cannot, no matter how hard i look, find it’s country of origin.
Turned the bag inside out and can’t find the country of origin tag.

At least if it’s Chinese, it’s a quality Chinese one!

So going to pick up a drag bag
At least that way you can use the hard case for multiple guns
