To answer multiple questions that we received.
No, it's not possible to work remotely.
The shop floor is run in French while the sales department works mostly in English. We are mostly hiring for floor jobs as we speak so yes the candidates should speak French. However we had few people over the years that we only speaking English and we found solutions to adapt.
