Cadex Unitized scope mount specs??

Looking for torque specs for the Cadex 1pc unitized scope mounts, caps and main bolts.

15 to 18 in/lbs for the caps, 30-35 in/lbs for the base to rail. Not sure what the manufacturer specs, but these numbers work safely for everything.
