Its a ballistics calculator. It predicts bullet drop and wind drift.

It takes the variables like BC, air temp, elevation, wind, etc. that effect bullet flight and calculates the trajectory out to a given distance.

You type in the big six, temperature and pressure vary from day to day. Then you type in the range, and the table should have the scope clicks.

Filling it out is very simple.
Start out with the Ballistic Coefficient.
To find that you have to figure out what projectile (bullet) your using. Go to the manufactures web site.
Here is Hornadys .300 winmag 180gr SST. Hornady claims a 0.480 BC(Ballistic Coefficient)

Next they want the Bullet weight in grains(gr). Type in 180.
3rd you have to fill in the caliber. The .300 win mag fires a .308" bullet. So type in .308
Hornady claims 2960 Feet Per Second for velocity. Type that in the velocity space.
Fill in your sight height. From the center of the bore to the center of the scope.
After that skip down to Minimum Range and Maximum range. Type in 100 for min and 1000 for max.
Type in what you have your rifle zeroed for.
Fill in your weather information and click calculate at the bottom of the page.
It will give you a nice little drop table.

buy it with my TRG-42, it was cheap, pretty accurate, but, the apple-android era probably KILL it, lost mine in the bush, never find a other one... sad...
