caldwell canadian warranty center

i bought a product that needs some parts but when contacted usa company they stated that they will warranty for customers in usa.

is there such a thing as a canadian warranty center for caldwell product?

yes that is the problem. Caldwell is dealing only for us residents. i might got answer from the canadian reseller where i purchase it.

I needed a part for my chrono and Caldwell told me to order the part through the dealer I purchased the chrono from. I think any dealer that has Caldwell products could order the part for you if you know the part number. Hope this helps!

do you have the list of authorized product dealer for canada? as i said i contacted the dealer i purchased from but seems if you re outside of usa warranty is harder to get ...

lifetime warranty is only for us residents and canadians are getting only one year. wish you all good luck if you need anything. im getting rid of all the caldwell products i have/ had.

bags. I've seen their bipods for sale but haven't tried one. Their products do seem to have sort of a Walmart feel to them.

I needed a replacement shield for my Caldwell chrono and they sent me one (to Canada, last year). I put in a request through their website. If it's a higher value item it might not go as well.

but not the shield and i do not shoot it as it was still in the box ...

i did contacted them by the web site form and after a week of questions and proof of purchase and proof i had the product in hands they finally said contact canadian resellers as we re not shipping any parts that will cost us 345$ in shipping ... the canadian reseller stated warranty is only one year, another one said they do not keep parts and so no warranty and the 3rd one did not bother to answer.

what i will say is that all the caldwells i have now are going to the trash or will sell it on ee for the unpacked ones with a warning ...
