Calibre conversion

I know I will not be able to shoot it but I do believe I will convert my M16(FA) from 5.56 to 9mm. I bought the parts the other day and if this turns out I may entertain the thought of trying 7.62 X 39. If I remember correctly all I need do is notify the CFC of the caliber change.

If you have multiple uppers then the receiver has not changed anything. You put the 9mm upper on and then you take it off. No need to tell the CFO anything.
